Stone-churned in India · Poured everywhere
Nine hops
to heaven.
Artisanal wines and retro-crafted beers, brewed with passion to perfection; every flavour churned on stone, and every single bottle traceable back to the grower who picked it.
The label knows where it came from
Every bottle carries its
own passport.
The code on the back of this bottle belongs to this bottle, not to the brand, not to the batch, to the one in your hand. Scan it and the whole life of what you are drinking opens up: the grower, the stone it was ground on, the days it fermented, the months it rested, and who carried it to you.
Written once
Each production stage is anchored on a public chain as it happens. Nobody at Gotta can go back and quietly improve the story afterwards.
Read by anyone
No app, no account, no wallet required. A simple phone camera and the code on the physical label are the whole requirement.
Yours to keep
The passport outlives the bottle. Check the tasting note, lab attestations, block number, and provenance whenever you pour.
Try a live passport
These are live passports for real production lots. Open one to see exactly what a customer experiences when scanning our back label.
Four houses
Thirty-six things, made properly.
The method
Passion to perfection,
in that order.
Five stages, every product, no exceptions, and each one written to the chain as it happens, which is what turns a claim into an auditable record.
Source
We buy from the grower by name, at a price agreed before the harvest, and we print that name on the back label.

Churn
Everything meets stone before it meets liquid. Slow chakki grinding, no heat, nothing stripped out by a steel blade.
Stone-ground, cold
Ferment
Wild where the fruit carries enough yeast, cultured where it does not. Spice goes in with the ferment, never as an essence afterwards.
6 to 21 days
Rest
Old neutral oak for the wines, closed tank for the beers, spruce boards at 12 °C for the cheese.
3 weeks to 18 months
Seal
Bottled to order, numbered, and the passport for that individual unit minted against the lot before it leaves the floor.
Every unit, individually
